New You 10 Week Challenge

At Sleeping Tiger Fitness, we know that people come in all different shapes and sizes. This means that their needs and wants are different too. The New You 10 Week Challenge is our way of providing you extra attention to help you reach your goals.

What is your big goal for 2018? Whether your goal is to lose serious weight, or pack on muscle and get stronger, our New You Challenge is for you!

When you sign up with us, you get:

  • 10 weeks of unlimited membership to Sleeping Tiger Fitness ($700 value!)
  • Two goal coaching and nutrition coaching sessions to ensure you get the most out of your 10 week challenge. These sessions will take place in a group setting. ($150 value)
  • Weekly check-ins for maximum accountability and to keep you on track
  • Regular email support from your coach for any questions that come up when you’re not at the gym
  • Simple Nutritional guidance and tips to help you make smarter, more informed decisions in your day-to-day life
  • Accurate body-fat testing, pictures, and workout measurements at beginning and end of the challenge to measure progress ($200 value!)

If you’re serious about your goals, here’s what we expect from you:

  • Attend a minimum of 3 classes per week
  • Keep a food log tracking everything you eat
  • Communicate with your coach so we can help you accomplish your goals

We want you to understand that the journey to a healthy, new you is longer than 10 weeks. The goal of this challenge is to help you take huge steps towards achieving your goals and to develop healthy habits that will carry over outside of the challenge to help you continue to crush these goals.
